Do Your Prices Include Setup and Delivery?
Yes, though additional fees may apply for longer distances traveled. Our prices do not include sales tax, however.
Do You Deliver to Other Cities in the Area?
Yes, but again, please be aware that due to rising gas prices and the possible need for extra vehicles and labor, travel fees can be quite high. Contact Off the Wall Party Rentals for a current quote.
Does the Standard 4-hour Rental Time Include Setup?
No, we arrive early to complete your setup and ensure that you have the entirety of your rental time to enjoy your party.
When Do You Set Up?
This can depend on how many rentals we have for that day. Generally, we will arrive 1 to 3 hours before the scheduled rental time. If we have a lot of rentals on that day, we may set up as early as 4 hours in advance. If that's the case, we'll call the Friday before to ensure that someone will be available at the party location.
Are Jump Houses Always Dirty?
No, a bounce house should be clean when you get it. At Off the Wall Party Rentals, we clean and disinfect all bounce houses after every rental.

Do We Have to Keep Something Plugged In?
Yes, a blower will keep air in the jump unit the entire time. When unplugged, the unit will deflate. That's why we require an outlet or generator within 50 feet of the unit. Longer cords can trip your circuit breaker, which is why we provide our own heavy-duty cords.
Can You Rent to Parks?
Yes, we love setting up in parks. However, most don't have electricity available. If you'd like us to set up in a park, you must rent a generator, which we rent at a reasonable cost. Parks are on a first-come, first-served basis, so be sure to get your spot early in the day.
What Types of Payments Do You Take?
We accept cash or credit. If you're paying in cash, please carry exact change as our drivers don't carry cash.
Do You Require a Deposit?
All orders require a $50 credit card deposit. It's fully refundable if you cancel your order at least 8 days prior to your scheduled rental date. If you cancel within 2-7 days of your rental date, you'll be provided a rain check you can use within 1 year.
How Big Are the Jumps?
Most of our jumps, and all of our character jumps, are 15' by 15', which is slightly bigger than what most companies rent. Please pay attention to the necessary space for each jump as some are very large and require extra space. If in doubt, measure the area to ensure the unit will fit.
Our jumps need room to be staked and a space for the blower. They can't rub against walls or trees as this may damage the jump. If you have stairs or a tiered backyard, please contact our office
to discuss setup options.
Are There Any Special Requirements for Big Jumps?
Make sure that you have at least a 4' access to the area where the jump will be set up. These jumps can weigh up to 650 pounds, so we will need a clear path with ample room.
What Surfaces Do You Set Up on?
We can set up on dirt, asphalt, concrete, and grass, the last one being the best for the kids. Unfortunately, we can't set up on any type of rocks, as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl of the jump.
Can We See a Copy of Your Contract and Safety Rules?
Yes and no. You're not responsible for the normal wear and tear on our units. Seams can develop tears in high-traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens, please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation.
You are responsible, however, for any damage that might occur due to a failure to follow our safety rules or through negligence (such as turning off the blower in high winds). In that case, you're responsible for all damages up to and including the replacement of the blower, which can cost thousands of dollars.
We don't want you or ourselves to be in that situation, which is why we have you sign and initial all of our safety rules so that you can be a trained operator.
